What is my bio used for?
Your bio will be visible to potential clients within the app. It gives a great introduction to you and helps them choose you as a coach.
How do I get started?
Download and sign up for the app firstly, then start adding your availability. Once you have finished the sign up process, you’ll be ‘vetted’. This means we check to see if you’re a REPS or CIMSPA qualified personal trainer. If you are; you’re instantly available to book from our clients.
What is a POD?
A POD is a coaching session within the app. It involves a coaching session of 25 minutes and a follow up summary written by coaches like yourself.
When will I receive my first booking?
It could be right away! The more availability you input into the app, the more likely it is you will get booked by a client.
How do I get matched to clients?
We do the heavy lifting for you. Clients are automatically matched to you through our proprietary algorithm.
How will I know I have a booking?
As soon as someone books with you, you’ll receive a push notification in the app. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with all the details of the session and the client in there.
How will I know when a session is about to start?
You can see your upcoming sessions date and times in the app as soon as you log in. You will also receive a notification on your device right before the session is about to start.
How do I update my availability?
Availability can be set through the app by selecting the ‘availability’ section from the main menu. Your selected availability will be shown as highlighted green buttons.
How many sessions can I do a week?
You can do as many sessions as you’d like! It’s really up to when you’re available. However, do keep in mind that your POD summaries will need to be written within 24 hours for you to get paid. A session is 25 minutes, leaving you 5 minutes to write the summary at the end to total 30 minutes of your time.
How do I input my payment details?
Head to the settings section within the app and click ‘edit payment details’.
How will clients find me?
If you’d like to recommend yourself to someone, they can use the search function on the client app. Just tell them to search you by name.
How long is my session?
Sessions are 25 minutes long.

What should I prepare before a session?
You should know which client you are seeing, and what their goal is. You should aim to prepare a quiet area to complete the call to keep the client experience as high as possible.
What should I wear?
Ideally you will wear what you usually wear whilst completing coaching sessions of any kind. Sports/fitness clothing is preferable, however casual clothing is fine too.
How do I write the POD summary?
There are guidelines to the pod summary within the app. Follow these sections to have the best chance of writing a quality summary. Your outstanding pod summaries will appear in the app.
How long do I have to supply the POD summary?
You have 24 hours from the end of the POD session to submit the summary. If you do not, you will not be paid.
When will I be paid?
Payments for the week are made into the account provided by the Friday of that week, providing you submitted POD summaries for each session.
