How do I book a session?

Our sessions are called ‘PODs’ as you’ll get a summary as well as a coaching session all for £15. Download the app and sign up to book a session right from the home screen.

How do I book a specific coach?

To book your favourite coach, head to the app and hit ‘search’. Coaches available for sessions will appear here.

How do I redeem a discount code?

In app, hit the share button on the home screen. You’ll be able to share your discount code with anyone, getting £5 off for every referral. With unlimited referrals!

Why can’t I select a date/time more than two weeks out?

Our coaches input their availability for two weeks in advance. Part of the reason we are able to offer customers such incredible prices and convenience is due to offering the skills of our coaches when convenient for them - usually in their free time.

How do I find more coaches?

Our algorithm will automatically match you to the best coaches available to cater to your chosen goal. If you aren’t happy with the coaches matched with you in-app, you are able to refresh to see more. Alternatively you can search for a coach you may know by name or specialism.

What do the different coach qualifications mean?

Our coaches are vetted before they are able to book PODs with customers. As a minimum we require coaches to have level 3 qualifications, yet there are many coaches who have level 4 or 5 qualifications.

How will I know when my session is coming up?

You can see your upcoming sessions date and times in the app as soon as you log in. You will also receive a notification on your device right before the session is about to start.

How long is my session?

The video call lasts 25 minutes.

What to expect from my session?

You will discuss your goal, the stage you are at in your journey so far, and what your lifestyle is like. Our PODs are designed to give you lasting support to achieve your goals, so you should be open with your coach to help them give you the best recommendations possible.

Should I prepare anything for my session?

Your coach will take you through the session so there is little to prepare. However, it will be useful to think about your goal and know what you want to achieve.

What should I wear for my session?

You don’t need to wear specific clothing, for example sports clothing. The sessions are consultancy on your goals, rather than movement.

When will I receive my POD follow up?

You will receive your POD summary within a maximum of 24 hours of completing the session.

How do I view old PODs?

Head to the app, and select ‘my pods’ from the menu. Your pods are listed in chronological order.

How long will my PODs be stored for?

You will be able to view the summaries for as long as you keep your account with HealthPOD.

How do I change my card details?

Head to your profile and click the settings cog. From there you can select edit payment details.

What happens if the video call cuts out?

The app will attempt to re-connect you with your coach. If the connection is persistently lost due to a fault with the connection, you may request a refund by contacting HealthPOD.
